BNSF Railway operates one of the largest railroad networks in North America, with about 32,500 route miles in 28 states and two Canadian provinces. The railway is among the world`s top transporters of intermodal traffic, serves more grain-producing regions than any other railroad, transports the components of many of the products we depend on daily, and hauls enough low-sulphur coal to generate about 10 percent of the electricity produced in the United States. On Feb. 12, 2010, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
Roger Nober is Executive Vice President of Law and Corporate Affairs and Chief Legal Officer at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. Previously, Roger held various senior legal leadership roles in the industry.
