In business for over 65 years, Sparboe Farms is a shell egg company in Minnesota owned and lead by Beth Schnell. Beth, a third-generation poultry farmer, along with her three daughters and their dedicated and experienced team, supply fresh commodity and specialty shell eggs from farms in Minnesota, Iowa and Colorado to retail, wholesale, and foodservice customers across the United States.
