Mr. Scott C. Taylor has been President and Director of LifeLock, Inc. since February 09, 2017. Mr. Taylor has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Symantec Corporation since August 1, 2008. Mr. Taylor served as the Vice President of Corporate Legal Services at Symantec Corporation from February 2007 to August 2008. He served as Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Phoenix Technologies Ltd. until February 16, 2007, Vice President since January 2004, General Counsel and Secretary from January 2004 to February 16, 2007 and Associate General Counsel since January 2002. From January 2002 to February 2007, Mr. Taylor worked for Phoenix Technologies Ltd. Prior to joining Phoenix Technologies Ltd., he served as Vice President and General Counsel of Narus Inc. from 2000 to 2001. He also served first as Corporate Counsel and then as Director of the Legal Department at Symantec Corporation from 1998 to 2000. Prior to 2002, Mr. Taylor has worked at ICF Incorporated (now ICF Consulting) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in various roles. He was a commercial and corporate transactions attorney with the San Francisco-based law firm Pillsbury Winthrop from 1992 to 1998. He has been a Director of Symantec Website Security G.K. (formerly known as Verisign Japan K.K.) since March 2011. He has been an Independent Director of Piper Jaffray Companies since February 4, 2014. He has been a Director of PASW Inc. since July 5, 2007. He has been advisory Board Member at Langtech (IT infrastructure consulting and outsourced management). Mr. Taylor served as an Independent Director of VirnetX Holding Corp. since July 5, 2007 until May 22, 2014. He served as a Director of the Silicon Valley Campaign for Legal Services and maintains a Top Secret security clearance with the U.S. government. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of California since 1993. Mr. Taylor holds a B.A. Degree in International Relations from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor Degree from the George Washington University.
