Scotto Properties was founded 15 years ago by Anthony and Biagio Scotto. Their vision was to create a portfolio of long-term real estate investments with a focus on residential, retail, and value add development sites. The portfolio focuses on properties based in NJ and FL. Scotto Properties is managed by a proficient field team and real estate experts led by AVP, Peter Realmonte. Through their efforts we are capable of performing our own leasing, property management, real estate acquisitions, and new construction and development.
