Collier Health Services, Inc. (d/b/a Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida) was founded as a nonprofit organization in 1977 by a group of community leaders to address the health issues of migrant and seasonal farm workers, rural poor and other citizens in Collier County. Their first facilities were two small trailers in Immokalee.
