Ms. Clarke served as a Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Associate General Counsel at Foot Locker, Inc since May 2007 until May 31, 2014. Ms. Clarke joined Foot Locker in 1988 and since that time has held a number of positions in the company's Legal Department. She is a Graduate of Monmouth University and Seton Hall Law School.
