Enterprise Offshore Drilling was formed in January of 2017 - A privately owned limited liability company with headquarters in Houston, TX. ATK provides rig moving and other specialized transportation services to exploration, development and production companies operating in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Permian Basin of Texas.
