Sinclair Oil Corporation is an American petroleum corporation, founded by Harry F. Sinclair on May 1, 1916 as the Sinclair Oil & Refining Corporation by combining the assets of 11 small petroleum companies.[2] Originally a New York corporation, Sinclair Oil reincorporated in Wyoming in 1976 Exploration, Refining, Marketing and Distribution of Petroleum products. Including Pipeline, Terminal and Trucking activities. Management / Operation of Hotel, Ski Resort properties and Farming/Ranching. These hospitality properties are primarily in the western United States and include the names of Grand America, Little America, Westgate Hotel, Sun Valley Company and Snowbasin Resort Company.
