Sizzler serves lunch and dinner; some locations feature Sunday brunch.   Sizzler’s menu offers USDA choice tri tip steaks cut fresh daily, seafood (including fresh Salmon) and fresh ground beef burgers, complemented by Sizzler's famous 50+ item salad bar that includes hot appetizers, a make-it-yourself taco bar, hand-made salads, made from-scratch soups, and desserts. The Endless Salad Bar features fresh-from-the source fruits and vegetables with a variety of dressings, many of which are made in-house daily.   With a nod to growing interest in health and nutrition, a total of 18 Sizzler menu items now meet the high standards for Healthy Dining Options, while 13 qualify as Sodium Savvy Options and 2 dishes are Kids LiveWell Options on the respected www.healthydiningfinder.com listing.   Based in Mission Viejo, Calif., Sizzler® USA was acquired in June 2011 by investors and management. It franchises or owns nearly 170 restaurants in the United States, including Puerto Rico.
