The mission of providing quality healthcare continues today with a remarkable 296-bed replacement hospital, which opened in 2012. Our 158-acre New Lenox campus includes three medical/office buildings, University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center, and an ambulatory care center opening in fall 2017. The hospital also has plans to build a 100-bed Behavioral Health Hospital to open in 2019.
