In 2013, the Legislature passed a law that allocated the revenue to support Connect for Health Colorado. Connect for Health Colorado set the fee at $0 for 2014. The fee is set at $1.25/policy/month for 2015, less than half previous levels. The level for 2016 has not been determined. The mission of Connect for Health Colorado is to increase access, affordability, and choice for individuals and small employers purchasing health insurance in Colorado.
