Core competencies include but are not limited too:

• Performs Human Resources functions vital to the daily operations of the Human Resources department, must possess a broad knowledge of SRMC policies and procedures, employee laws, employee relations, workers compensation, HRIS proficient, and understanding of all benefit systems; and performs other duties, as directed.

Qualifications

Qualifications include but are not limited too:
• Bachelor`s Degree in HR, Business or related field
• Previous experience preferred in Human Resources
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
