STEVE Sitley is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Sears Holdings Corporation, parent company of retailers Sears and Kmart, which has approximately 250,000 employees nationwide and Puerto Rico. Mr. Sitley is responsible for Commercial Litigation, Employment Practices, Labor, HR Compliance and Government Affairs. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Sitley specialized in the labor and employment areas as an associate attorney at the law firm of Vedder Price in Washington DC and Chicago before joining Sears in 1993.
