About the Person

Steve Falk is executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Cardinal Health and its subsidies, where he oversees the Legal function and serves as the secretary to the board of directors. Prior to his current role, Falk was executive vice president and general counsel for the company's former Healthcare Supply Chain Services segment. He also served as vice president and general counsel for the Pharmaceutical Technologies and Services segment prior to its sale to the Blackstone Group in 2007.  Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Falk was an associate attorney with Baker & Hostetler, LLP.  Falk is executive sponsor of the company's Equality Network Employee Resource Group, which supports the diversity and inclusion of gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender employees at Cardinal Health. He is also a member of the Cardinal Health Foundation board of trustees.  Falk currently serves on the board of trustees for the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens in Columbus, Ohio.  Falk earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from The Ohio State University and received his juris doctorate from the University of Michigan.
