She served as Kindred Healthcare Inc.'s Vice President and Associate General Counsel from April 1998 to August 1999 and Kindred Healthcare Inc.'s predecessor from January 1997 to April 1998. She joined Kindred Healthcare Inc.'s predecessor as counsel in September 1995 and also served as an Associate General Counsel since January 1996. She served as Counsel to another large long-term healthcare provider in various capacities from 1990 to 1995. Ms. Riedman was in the private practice of law for 11 years.
