Campana Systems Inc. was founded in 1988 by Grant Roberts and Brad Bell, both graduates of the University of Waterloo. Roberts and Bell opened for business in a small office on Victoria Street in Kitchener, Ontario in 1988. Jim Hardy, a University of Guelph graduate, joined the team in 1990 as Development Manager and third owner. From the beginning, Roberts, Bell and Hardy emphasized service, excellence and long-term customer relationships. Today, Campana employs more than 100 people in Canada, Australia and New Zealand and consists of two focused divisions, offering two leading products suites:
CustomerGauge is a software-as-a-service platform that helps clients improve customer experiences. The system automatically measures, analyzes feedback and has close-loop tools to retain customers better, and reduce churn, all based on the industry standard metric Net Promoter® System. Results are published and analyzed in real-time, using a highly customizable and flexible reporting tool, making it suitable for global enterprises. The company was launched in 2007 and is privately funded. Headquartered in Amsterdam (base for all development and marketing), it has offices in Boston and a growing Asia/Pac business. Clients include Electrolux, Philips, Wolters Kluwer, AEGON, Ziggo, Tommy Hilfiger, Melitta, H&R Block and Alphabet/BMW.
