The National Mango Board (NMB) is a national industry funded agriculture promotion group that focuses on promotion and research for U.S. and imported fresh mangos. Our mission is to increase consumption of fresh mangos in the U.S. by inspiring consumers and educating them about the culture, flavor, and nutrition of mangos, while bringing the industry together. The NMB is guided by Board Members made up of industry leaders; 8 Importers, 7 Foreign Producers, 2 Domestic Producers and 1 First-handler. Board Members serve three-year terms and can be nominated for two concurrent terms. The Board Members create the Strategic Plan, approve yearly budgets and are hands-on in the creation of programs; all addressing our mission of increasing the awareness and consumption of fresh mangos in the U.S.
Placemedia is a programmatic television advertising exchange. In partnership with numerous MVPDs and programmers, placemedia improves monetization of unsold or undersold ad inventory. Through ad inventory aggregation and set top box data, we deliver better targeting, thereby enhancing the value of ad inventory for our media partners. Placemedia`s sales and business operations are based in New York City with our Technology Group located in Salt Lake City.
Solar Enertech Corp. (Solar) is a photovoltaic (PV) solar energy cell (PV Cell) manufacturer. The Company has established a 42,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Shanghai’s Jinqiao Modern Science and Technology Park. The facility is capable of producing 25 megawatts of solar cells from its existing production line. The Company has also established a joint research and development Lab at Shanghai University to research and develop efficiency cells and to put the results of that research to use in its manufacturing processes. The Company also has a marketing, purchasing and distribution arm in Northern California’s Silicon Valley. The Company manufactures PV solar cells, designs and produces PV modules for a variety of applications, such as standard panels for solar power stations, roof panels, solar arrays, and modules incorporated directly into exterior walls. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007, the Company established its manufacturing facility in Shanghai.
