The Office of the Vice President and General Counsel was formed in 2010 and is responsible for overseeing all legal affairs of the University, which includes the Milton S. The General Counsel reports directly to the President and the Board of Trustees. The Office of General Counsel provides legal advice and representation to the Board of Trustees, the President and other administrators in their capacity as agents conducting University business. The attorneys in the office do not provide legal services to faculty, staff or students in their personal matters.
