Established in 2014, the IAB Technology Laboratory (Tech Lab) is a non-profit consortium that engages a member community globally to develop foundational technology and standards that enable growth and trust in the digital media ecosystem. Comprised of digital publishers, ad technology firms, agencies, marketers, and other member companies, IAB Tech Lab focuses on solutions for brand safety and ad fraud; identity, data, and consumer privacy; ad experiences and measurement; and programmatic effectiveness. Its work includes the OpenRTB real-time bidding protocol, ads.txt anti-fraud specification, Open Measurement SDK for viewability and verification, VAST video specification, and Project Rearc initiative for privacy-centric addressability.
Collective Change is a crowdfunding platform for nonprofits and social causes. Each month will focus on different category of charitable cause. At the beginning of every month, we ll put up several causes within that months category. You can check out your options and vote for your favorite. With your $15 annual membership, 12 of those dollars are funneled into a collective donation pool. $1 for each month. By doing this, each monthly donation represents the number of people who contributed to that cause. As our community grows, so do those monthly donations. Think about it! If a million people came together with just $1 each month, we will be raising a million dollars each month for a new cause!
The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) is a nonprofit organization of 124 research libraries in Canada and the US whose mission is to advance research, learning, and scholarly communication. The Association fosters the open exchange of ideas and expertise, promotes equity and diversity, and pursues advocacy and public policy efforts that reflect the values of the library, scholarly, and higher education communities.
