Founded in 1864, St. Louis College of Pharmacy is the third-oldest and 10th-largest college of pharmacy in America. The College primarily admits students directly from high school, and the curriculum integrates the liberal arts and sciences with a professional program leading to a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. Exactly 1,350 students from 31 states and several countries are currently enrolled at the College. A Growing Alumni Network St. Louis College of Pharmacy`s 6,941 living alumni live in all 50 states and 13 different countries. Approximately 75 percent of St. Louis-area pharmacists are STLCOP graduates. A Premier Biomedical Complex St. Louis College of Pharmacy is located on eight acres in the heart of one of the world`s finest biomedical and patient-care centers. The College is actively forging partnerships with nearby institutions such as Washington University, Saint Louis University, and Goldfarb School of Nursing. STLCOP 20/20 In 2011, the STLCOP Board of Trustees approved a new strategic plan to guide the future of the College. STLCOP 20/20 calls for St. Louis College of Pharmacy to be globally prominent in pharmacy and health care education, interprofessional patient-centered care, and collaborative research. Minnesota State University, Mankato is a public four-year university located in Mankato, Minnesota. As of Fall 2015, the student body is the second largest in the state of Minnesota with over 15,000 students, with the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus ranking first. Students are served by 600 full-time faculty members creating a 28:1 student to faculty ratio. The school was founded in 1868 and is part of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System (MnSCU). The current President is Richard Davenport, who began his term in 2002. The athletic teams are known as the Minnesota State University Mavericks with school colors of purple and gold. Teams primarily compete at the NCAA Division II level in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. The exceptions are the Men`s and Women`s ice hockey teams who compete at the NCAA Division I level, in the highly regarded Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA). Minnesota State University currently offers 158 undergraduate programs of study, 82 graduate programs and is the first institution in the United States to offer a Master of Fine Arts degree
Founded in 1966, Lehigh Carbon Community College served 9,600 credit and 4,600 noncredit students in 2016-17 from Lehigh, Carbon, Schuylkill and surrounding counties and offered more than 90 programs of study in business, education, communication, computer science, technology, humanities, health care, science, engineering and math. From the main campus in Schnecksville and modern sites in Allentown, Tamaqua, Jim Thorpe and Lehigh Valley International Airport, Lehigh Carbon offers two-year associate degrees, certificate and specialized diploma programs, and workforce training for students studying either full-time, part-time or online.
