Universal Cold Storage was founded in 2001 in Lincoln, Nebraska in a 16,000 square foot facility. Within a year the location was outgrown due to customer demand. Operating on its commitment to hassle-free HPP, the Lincoln facility now has five 350 liter HPP systems in place.
