Terrace Energy Corp. is an oil & gas exploration and production company focused on onshore, US oil drilling opportunities. Our activities are currently focused on the prolific South Texas Cretaceous plays including the Olmos tight Sandstone, Buda Limestone and the Eagle Ford and Pearsall Shale plays. Our two major projects are the STS (Olmos) Project and the Maverick County (multi-formation) Project. The STS Project is in development with 8 wells on production from the Olmos Sandstone and an additional 152 identified locations. The Maverick County Project is in exploration with two Eagle Ford Shale producers and an on-going Pearsall Shale evaluation. Our smaller Cutlass (Eagle Ford) Project is in development with three wells on production. Energy XXI is an independent oil and natural gas development and production company which has historically focused on development drilling on our core properties to enhance production and ultimate recovery of reserves, supplemented by strategic acquisitions from time to time.
