The founders of National IPA have created OMNIA Partners, a shared services organization that will enable us to expand our footprint through acquisition of purchasing cooperatives in other markets. National IPA will continue to serve the unique needs of our government and education customers and will continue to operate as it always has, facilitating competitively solicited contracts that are publicly awarded by a lead agency. The contracting process is the foundation of National IPA and that will not change.
