A Global Development Expedition FOR women, not ABOUT women. Signature Leaders is designed to augment, rather than replace, existing corporate executive leadership development. These are programs for women with the highest potential, to fast-track them into next level leadership. These women are managing large P&Ls, leading transformations across the enterprise or sizeable functional teams, or in that critical "pivot" from managing to leading. We gather these elite leaders from around the world for introspective learning and external connections. Our executive faculty covers our framework of Who You Are, How You Show Up, and How You Relate to Others. Unlike typical seminars or conferences, participants will join the Signature community upon enrollment. This means the opportunities for learning and growth starts prior to, and continues beyond, the immersion session. Gen V LT Performance Superstore Brian Tooley has worked in the performance industry full time for over 20 years. He started his own business, Total Engine Airflow, in 1992 using a Flowdata flowbench. He worked at Holley Performance products from 1993-1995 where he helped develop the SysteMax head, intake and camshaft packages. He went back to work for himself from 1996-2004 where he built Total Engine Airflow into one of the most successful CNC cylinder head porting shops in the country. At the end of 2004 he sold his business to Summit Racing Equipment where he worked with Trickflow Specialties developing CNC programs for existing heads, as well as developing all new cylinder heads. He left Summit Racing/TFS during 2010 to move closer to home and family. After seeing a need for quality spring kits at affordable prices he decided to introduce his own line of spring kits.

Founded in 2015 and based in Austin, Texas, the company operates across all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. It offers a wide range of non-medical in-home care services, including home care, home modifications, pest control, and meal delivery, all facilitated through its Aging-In-Place Provider Network. The platform features several tools to ensure quality care, such as automatic fulfillment that monitors service quality, digital invoicing and payment systems, and digital claims tools to streamline processes and improve data collection. Additionally, the company provides care concierge services to help individuals navigate their supplemental benefits and manage payments. The Helper Bees partners with major insurance carriers and health plans to improve in-home care delivery and reduce healthcare costs, making aging in place more accessible for seniors and their families.
