Kimo Sabe is transforming the mezcal industry; With a mission to create a sustainable agave industry in Central Mexico that builds bridges to a generation seeking its own defining liquor category. Run by father and daughter – Jim Walsh and Ashley Walsh Kvamme who believe in creating a product the consumer loves. By owning their own distillery and estate of 400 hectares of agave, sourcing agave from other farmers and their own proprietary blending flavor system, KS has achieved consistency of flavor. The brand utilizes its renown flavor experts coming from the world of fine cacao, a secret element in the taste of Kimo, creating a premium flavor compared to any high-end tequila with its Joven mezcal. With its oak profiles in the reposado and anejo mezcals, KS has created a drink with the style and grace of sipping whisky and/or cognac. And with the world`s rarest and most expensive Cinco De Noviembre line garnering a 96, highest ever rated mezcal by Anthony Dias Blue – Kimo Sabe has showcased its ability to play in the ultra-high-end spirit world. Kimo Sabe Mezcal has received best of class and best of category above all other agave spirits from the American Distilling Institute winning awards for two consecutive years straight (2016 & 2017).
