White Hat Management, LLC contracts and assists non-profit corporations that hold independent public charter schools or see a need for a charter school in their community. It operates tuition-free grades K-12 distance and electronic learning academies in Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Ohio; tuition-free grades K-8 schools in Ohio; and alternative education charter schools that serve students between the ages of 16 and 21 in Ohio, Florida, Colorado, and Arizona, as well as between the ages of 16 and 19 in Michigan. The company was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Akron, Ohio.
