The Director Human Resources Business Partner will report to the CHRO and act as a strategic Human Resources Business partner to the General and Administrative group, as well as the VP and the leadership team.  As a Trusted advisor and strategic business partner to the clients within our professional services organization, the Director will also be a key member of the management team advising them on HR issues relevant to their organizational objectives.  This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on implementation with proven depth and breadth of human resources experience, a high degree of flexibility, creativity and a "get it done" attitude.
 
Responsibilities
•	Business Partner to the Selling Services Leaders and their teams to drive critical business initiatives through proactive business-focused global HR programs
•	Provide guidance in the areas of organization effectiveness, change management, and talent acquisition
•	Interact closely with the senior management team to understand management talent and provide strategic direction to develop and acquire talent
•	Responsible for succession planning and performance management programs; manage the annual Sales Talent Review, and performance and compensation review processes to ensure consistency and quality in driving regional and corporate initiatives
•	Analysis of turnover and development of associated retention plans and programs
•	Effectively influence senior management on key HR programs and practices
 
Qualifications
•	Bachelor`s degree preferred
•	7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast paced, and changing environment
•	Proven leader with a solid track record of successfully implementing people programs and initiatives
•	Strong business acumen and able to translate the needs of the core business function into people solutions
•	Executive presence -- a successful track record partnering with senior executives delivering superior business results
