StormTeam`s Power Doppler 3000, the most powerful radar on the Gulf Coast, helps keep Acadiana families safe from severe weather. KATC-TV joins with local law enforcement agencies, hospitals and other organizations to host annual Safe Families events that heighten public awareness about safety and promote positive interaction with the people we serve.
