Goodnight Midstream provides midstream saltwater disposal infrastructure to oil and gas producers. We now have over 380 wells producing on our acreage and as we continue to drill on our acreage we expect to see further increases in production and reserves. Our substantial drilling inventory means we have many years of productive drilling ahead of us. The Company, is very well funded for its existing activities and is well positioned to pursue opportunities that exist with the Eagle Ford Shale to increase its acreage portfolio.

Primary markets include Chicago, Cleveland, Toledo, Dayton, Youngstown, Columbus, and Detroit. Our store locations include over 100 convenience stores under the truenorth brand, featuring a variety of signature brands. Truenorth Management, LLC and truenorth Trucking (The Lyden Company subsidiaries) manage and supply all the stores.
