The Montana Workers` Compensation Court provides a fair, efficient, and effective forum for the resolution of disputes arising under the Montana Workers` Compensation Act and the Occupational Disease Act.
The State Personnel Office is responsible for the administration and oversight of the classified service personnel system which consists of approximately 18,000 state employees from approximately 68 executive state agencies, boards and commissions.
