Concerned citizens, ministers, and community residents organized the agency so that neighbors and church members would be assisted effectively and efficiently. A non-profit organization, Webster-Rock Hill Ministries is financially supported by contributions from private donors, businesses, community organizations, fundraising events and contributing churches.
