Position Summary
•	Consult and collaborate with other department heads, such as PMO, infrastructure and business to assess and recommend technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness and support organizational needs. 
•	Develop, track, and control the development and deployment annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations
•	Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company`s culture, mission and values
•	Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements
•	Generate new product ideas and facilitate their entry to market
•	Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
•	Supervise software quality, and information systems security and maintenance
•	Conduct research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation
•	Develop and implement technology contingency plans to keep projects on track
•	Participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization`s resources are used responsibly
