More importantly, millennials are coming in the workforce, replacing people who retire. These new, young, and energetic employees have thousands of social media connections across multiple platforms. They`re connected all the time, on multiple devices. On top of that, they want to use their networks to do better in their own jobs. But most companies aren`t equipped for this transformation.
