We started SlickLogin because security measures had become overly complicated and annoying. Our friends thought we were insane, but we knew we could do better. So we set out to improve security while still making it simple for people to log in. Today we`re announcing that the SlickLogin team is joining Google, a company that shares our core beliefs that logging in should be easy instead of frustrating, and authentication should be effective without getting in the way. Google was the first company to offer 2-step verification to everyone, for free - and they're working on some great ideas that will make the internet safer for everyone. We couldn`t be more excited to join their efforts.

Our solution is the result of close collaboration with security, compliance, and privacy professionals — including a panel of CISOs, CIOs, CPOs, and CFOs — from multiple industries. We`re an e-tailer that manufactures and sells thousands of different items that allow our customers to express themselves, whatever their interests. Some of the products that we make include stickers, phone cases, keychains, jewelry, and automotive accessories. What started out as a small eBay business from a garage, spread into a house then moved to a tiny warehouse in a sketchy neighborhood, then across a freeway to a bigger and somewhat nicer office and now occupies an even larger space (we even have a television with a Roku box in our fine break room!). We think the business has morphed into something pretty neat!
